TerraGen Load Estimator (TLE)
The TerraGen Load Estimator is an intuitive tool designed to help users accurately calculate their total electrical load and determine the ideal Capsule size for their energy needs. With manual input and preset selections, users can add appliances, pick variants, and view real-time wattage, kW, and current calculations. Integrated with TerraBot for instant AI-powered Capsule recommendations.
How to Use the TLE
Quick steps
    1. Load Input Card
    • Enter any appliance manually by typing a name, wattage, and quantity.
    • Click + Add Appliance to include it in your load list.
    • Use Calculate anytime to refresh totals.
    2. Appliance List Card
    • Shows every appliance you’ve added, including wattage, quantity, and total load per item.
    • Edit quantities instantly using the inline number fields.
    • Remove any appliance with the Remove button.
    • The load summary updates automatically as you make changes.
    3. Load Calculation Results Card
    • Displays your Total Watts, kW, and Amps.
    • View additional system insights using Show Details (Daily Estimated Energy Use, etc.).
    • Click the “Send To TerraBot” which helps you generate the Recommended Capsule Product Size suited to your Load. The system is engineered to calculate this for you.
    • All calculations update in real time as you add or adjust appliances.
    4. Common Appliances Card
    • A fast, guided way to add appliances without typing.
    • Select an appliance category (e.g., Air Conditioner, LED TV, Water Heater).
    • A modal opens showing all available sizes/variants for that appliance.
    • Choose the correct size and it is automatically added to your load list.
    • Designed to reduce guesswork and ensure wattage accuracy.
    5. TerraBot Assistant (Right Panel)
    • Your AI helper for sizing recommendations and explanations.
    • Automatically receives the complete load summary when you click Send To TerraBot.
    • Provides clear reasoning, safety margins, and the best Capsule match for your load.
    • Chat with TerraBot for more details.
    6. Recommended Product Card
    • Displays the Capsule size recommended by TerraBot (e.g., Capsule 10 kW, Capsule 20 kW).
    • The Recommended Product from TerraBot is not a random sampling or suggestion. It’s an engineered system designed to guide you into choosing the right product for your electrical load requirement.
    • Use Start Over to reset TerraBot, clear your load estimator, and begin a new assessment.
